Twisted Pizza Subs & Ice Cream brought authentic New York-style pizza to 293 Commercial Street in the heart of Provincetown. Owner Devon Corliss built a spot where big-city slices and Cape Cod summers finally make sense together.
The pizza
Hand-tossed dough, whole milk mozzarella, rich tomato sauce — every pie is made the New York way, no shortcuts. Specialties named after the five boroughs: Brooklyn Bridge Meat Lover's, Bee Sting, Hell's Kitchen BBQ Pulled Pork, and more.
Beyond the slice
The Broadway Italian sub piles ham, salami, mortadella, and provolone on a baguette. Plus hero rolls, pulled pork tots, crispy wings, and a full ice cream counter.
Everyone eats here
Twisted runs a dedicated gluten-free prep area and oven — no cross-contact. The patio is pet-friendly, and the kitchen stays open until 2 AM.
